phaleron-patho: 'Number of sacral units affected by spina bifida' with wrong superclass #197

Problem Statement

Class 'Number of sacral units affected by spina bifida' (phaleron-patho:NumberOfSacralUnitsAffectedBySpinaBifida) currently is a subclass of 'Categorical measurement datum'. This is not correct as its value specification expresses it as an integer.

Required Action

The following changes are necessary:

Make 'Number of sacral units affected by spina bifida' subclass of 'Measurement datum' instead of 'Categorical measurement datum'
