@MasterChief13 , @CarolinHachmann On the 'Investigations' branch, the file 'OBI-RDFBonesSubset.owl' now contains all classes and properties that you need to work out the study designs of your extensions.

To get the right file, chose 'Branch: Investigations' in the '<> Code' tab and download/pull the contents.

We only merge code into the master branch that is ready for production. As the study design is only part of an investigation, it is too soon for a merge.

@kdaveed , @MasterChief13 , @CarolinHachmann The RDFBones ontology now contains all classes and properties which you will need to describe the execution of investigations. I am still working on the drawing conclusion and documentation stages.
