Skeletal Inventory: Rename Vertebral ROIs #103

During a meeting between the Phaleron Bioarchaeological Project and the RDFBones/AnthroGraph workgroup on 21 September 2023 it was decided to rename anatomical regions of interest referring to the "left part" or "right part" of vertebrae to 'left half of neural arch' and 'right half of neural arch'.

Review of the Phaleron-SkeletalInventory ontology extension shows that the PBP-App in AnthroGraph uses faulty classes currently contained in the Phaleron-SkeletalInventory ontology extension while the extension also contains correct classes corresponding to these (cf. https://github.com/RDFBones/RDFBones-O/issues/191). The correct classes also refer to halves of the neural arch instead of parts.

This issue is deferred to issue https://github.com/RDFBones/RDFBones-O/issues/191.
