Currently, the age estimation module implements the Suchey-Brooks method as published in their paper. This does not provide the option to score pubic symphises as 'unobservable'. Entries about incomplete specimens cannot be completed entirely as data fields about missing elements need to be left blank. As a consequence, data items cannot be defined as compulsory.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the option 'unobservable' to all measurement data. This allows to define these data items as obligatory. It is also in keeping with other Phaleron ontology extensions.

The creation of this issue was decided during a meeting between the Phaleron Bioarchaeological Project and the RDFBones/AnthroGraph workgroup on 5 October 2023.
