Dental inventory: Rate presence of teeth and alveoles #60

According to the Dental Pathology Scoring Key (version 02 June 2021), the data items 'Dental abscess' and 'Alveolar resorption' are about observations on the dental alveoles. The dental inventory (Dental Inventory Scoring Key, version 25 February 2022), however, scores 'Presence' of tooth positions without distinguishing whether the score is based on evidence from teeth or/and dental alveoles.

I suggest to rate presence of teeth and dental alveoles separately in the dental inventory. This creates a coherent system where the material basis of assessments is clearly documented.

This issue was discussed during a meeting between the Phaleron Project and the RDFBones/AnthroGraph workgroup on 12 April 2022. After the regular appointed time, a limited number of participants went on discussing the dental pathology scoring scheme. Here, it was decided that presence of dental alveoles should be scored. It was also assumed that with completed inventories, the necessary information could be deduced from the available information in most cases.

@JEB13, @HannahLiedl, @hayesleigh, please consider this issue. We can discuss it during the next meeting on 26 April 2022.

In a later meeting, it was decided to implement separate scores for teeth and alveoles. The necessary changes are already implemented.
