I am attempting to add an instance of lipping on the left lateral mass of sacrum in the vertebral column section, but I am only given the body of sacrum in the drop-down menu. Looking at any other section like bone loss, the lateral masses are both available, along with the body of sacrum. Why are the lateral masses being excluded in OA&OP?
