Changing "Overall Preservation" to "Surface Preservation" in Inventory #64

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the "Overall Preservation" in both of the adult and juvenile inventories to be changed to "Surface Preservation".

Additional context Currently "Overall Preservation" is a bit redundant with "% of the Skeleton Preserved" and we do not have a means of reporting surface preservation of the skeleton. Hannah and I discussed this with Jane last week and she has approved changing the wording in the Inventory and requested that I submit an issue in GitHub. The biggest change is to the scoring guide itself, rather than the database. I have changed the Inventory Scoring Guide, and the Adult/Juvenile Inventory Templates in the PBP Templates Google Drive to reflect this change.

This would be the introduction of a new data item as the definition is changed significantly. The skeletal inventories that have been entered so far would code the existing item while newly created inventories code the new one.

I have just discussed the issue with @zarquon42b. Given that the item in question codes rather general information and that only few inventories have been entered so far, we are willing to change definition of the existing elements in order to avoid the effort of deprecating the old item and introducing the new one. This implies that the skeletal inventories that are already in the database need to be changed by you to serve the new definition.

We do not think that this should be considered as good practice. I will explain our idea of appropriate curation of data standards during our next meeting.

@jessica-rothwell, @JEB13, @HannahLiedl and @hayesleigh, please confirm that you want us to change definition of the existing measurement datum 'overall preservation'. Alternatively, we can discuss this during the next meeting before changes are made.

In a meeting between the Phaleron Bioarchaeological Project and the RDFBones/AnthroGraph workgroup on 30 August 2022 it was decided to keep the existing class and change definition and label.

@zarquon42b: Probably also change title in AnthroGraph GUI.
