[Phaleron-Pathologies]: Vertebral Column ROI to be referenced by 'is about' axioms #84

Analogous to issues #80 and #81, an anatomical region of interest representing the vertebral column is required for the 'Size and shape' section of the Pathologies module. It needs to be a composition of vertebral column regions of interest defined in the skeletal inventory and will be used to evaluate inventories in terms of 'presence' of bone.

On 13 December 2022 it was decided that @JEB13 and Elizabeth will define regions of interest that need to be present for a vertebral column not to be rated as 'unobservable'.

In a meeting between the Phaleron Bioarchaeological Project and the RDFBones/AnthroGraph workgroup at the end of 2022 it was found that all Size and Shape items relating to the vertrebral column are either not defined or already covered under 'Vertebral Pathologies'. It was, therefore, decided to drop them. This decision was confirmed in a meeting on 31 Janurary 2023.
