In the skeletal inventory for juvenile skeletons, make the following changes in respect to the inventory for adult specimens:

add fields for number of unidentified fragments of maxilla and mandible for the following categories:
- left
- right
- unsided fragments

This issue was discussed during a meeting between @hayesleigh, @elizabethhannigan and @cuboideum on 19 September 2023.
