This PR is a follow-on to the resolution of Issue 126.

I noticed the CLI --help menu was inconsistent between the two --allow-{info,warning}(s) flags.

I also noticed the README's render of the --help menu hadn't been regenerated before the tag was created.

This PR fixes those two matters.

@ashleysommer - this PR also got missed in the last tag. I've just pushed an update to catch it up with the current master state.
