Add a new command that can be invoked like this
build-generator install-jenkins TARGET-DIRECTORY
This would at least
[x] Download jenkins.war into TARGET-DIRECTORY
jenkins.war
[x] Download all plugins (include the dependency closure) required by the generator into TARGET-DIRECTORY
Optionally, the command could also
[x] Install a Jenkins configuration (config.xml)
config.xml
This would include things like additional warning parser and maybe disabling the Git blamer.
[x] Configure user accounts
In this case, commandline options --username, --email, --password would be needed.
