Selecting/Menu Properties

Sometimes, I can't select the properties windows or any menu button.
I have right-click several times to edit the properties window or select a 
another icon.

Selecting the properties menu will seem to close it.

Well, it seems to happen when I hit Apply or after making a generator. I can't 
select anything when this happens. So, I hit right click somewhere in the 
window panel and then I'm able to click.

I understand that sometimes the buttons stay highlighted if you move your mouse 
off them too quickly. But how does that stop you from selecting anything?

The menus I can't select. I can select objects, but when that bug happens I 
can't select or click on anything but the objects. I con try to record a video 
to youtube set it as private and add you my friends list. "Sodisna" is my YT 
name.

I can't seem to trigger the bug anymore. it did happen for a few seconds when i 
was recording, but I think that was lag from recording full screen.
