Summary

Fixes colliders on Lockers and EngineeringBorg

Added better collider to EngineeringBorg and moved it from the "default" layer to the "characters" layer
Moved the lockers from "items" layer to "default" layer

Fixes #1293

(Did not need to adjust the nuke, the colliders were already fixed on it)
