Expand the wallmount system in the following ways:
Allow a new, 3rd wallmount layer in the tilemap system for low wallmounts (rename the current low wallmount layer to middle). An example this would be used for is the WallVent model, which could be placed beneath most wall-mounted machines (middle layer).
Allow ability for the user to toggle vertical wallmount blocking. Some wallmounts may be large and block the space for other wallmounts above or below them. An example this would be used on is the Urinal model. It would be placed on the low wallmount layer but it is tall enough it blocks the middle layer. The user should be able to specify cases like this in certain prefabs.
