Summary

Adds following objects:

• Multitool
• Wirecutters
• PowerCells + Charger
• SolarPanel
• SolarTrackingBeacon
• SMES
• PacManGenerator

Also:

• renamed Screwdriver to ScrewdriverBlue
• updated asset path for plastic and office chair (automated by Unity)

@stilnat PacManGenerator and SMES now both have shapekeys for lights. The SMES output meter is 10 different lights and I couldnt feasible get them to come on in a timely fashion doing so in just 1 shapekey so I gave them all separate shape keys which can be triggered possibly based on percentage of total output or something.

The CellCharger has the lights split as separate objects so you can toggle the material on them as it charges the battery. This is how it was implemented in the Outdated branch but it can be changed to use shapekeys if needed.
