Change nameString to property; Fix search sensitive (#1363) #1379

Summary

Change nameString in GenericObjectSo to property (using prefab name). Use insensitive search when searhing items.

Also

change nameString to prefab name in tilemap data
compare string using prefab name in BuildChecker
