Name issue ? #115

Hi, i don't know if is a bug or is normal. When try to decompile and build and all other commands, a app with a í or á in oblique tone and ü etc. in app name, always give me 'No such file:' I think anything it has a tone or something similar above the letter can't decompile. Not have problems with ' or ; and -

Why incomplete information ? For spain and france app, who have oblique tone and ü, this issue is huge. What other info you need ?
