Find out what is the difference between MFAssignCHO and MFAssignCHO_RMD and the same for MFAssign and MFAssign_RMD #14

These are separate modules but it isn't obvious what is the difference or when we should use which one - do these operate in a different mode or? This would be crucial to understand before starting with the Galaxy wrapper.

They seem to be just meant for R Markdown so they should be deleted.
