Move bioconda recipe over to use the pypi package #102

The bioconda recipe for RIAssignercurrently uses the code archive from GitHub - this should be changed over to use the PyPI package to be in synch. - as an example, see the matchms bioconda recipe. The build number should then also be increased.

This is almost done, pending the new RIAssigner release.

@zargham-ahmad the new release is out so we can continue with this as soon as the bioconda PR is up for the new version

This has been solved with release 0.4.0 :)
