[ ] Generate feature table - Standard deviations boundaries - the boolean works the other way around
[ ] Remove noise - Minimal signal presence - can this value be set outside the [0, 1] interval?
[ ] Merge known table - rename new_feature_min_count and match_tol_ppm

@xtrojak the value shouldn't be able to be outside of 0 and 1 - probably should be limited?
