Implement a matchms export peaklist tool

We should implement a tool which takes an msp and exports a peaklist. There are numerous points to discuss:

should the tool include a k-peaks filtering?
Which columns should be exported? rt/ri, mz, SMILES from peak comment if available, link to parent compound for ms2 spectra?
Should only peaks having structure annotations be exported?
What are the common formats for these peak databases? Maybe @ElliottJP has some idea?
