Visualization for raw data in specific mz and rt range

This tool plot a section of raw data between a given m/z and rt ranges of a single mzml file.

Input parameters:

• m/z value
• m/z tolerance (default 10 ppm)
• retention time value
• retention time range (default 5s, 2.5 seconds to each side)
