More parameters added to MFAssignR: MFAssignCHO and MFAssign function #595

In this PR, more all available parameters based on https://github.com/skschum/MFAssignR/blob/master/MFAssignR/R/MFAssignCHO.R were added to the MFAssignCHO galaxy wrapper.
