Further develop the #HXL R package #15

The HXL standard (http://hxlstandard.org/) is promoted/developed by UNOCHA and is used at the humanitarian data exchange. It is essentially a tagging system for datasets (and their columns). This can also be relevant to outbreak repsonses, when working on datasets that use that standard.

During this hackathon, we could further develop the rhxl package that I started a while ago.

Yes, there is a lot of data on humdata.org

Hi,

That's great. I'm working on a package to interact with HDX (push and pull data) and I am willing to help for rhxl package. The rhdx package I'm working on, is still on Gitlab but I can make a mirror on Github if someone wants to give it a try. Let me know if you can use it to easily access data.
