Help button does not work #7

Clicking the help button does not do anything. Running on Windows.

Without any error message it is difficult to see what went wrong, but considering the function does look quite brittle it may be time to replace it with a more robust version.

It is a build/packaging problem. It needs this file file:///C:\Users/alistair/AppData/Roaming/QGIS/QGIS3\profiles\default/python/plugins\volume_calculation_tool/help/build/html/index.html, but the help folder does not contain a build subfolder.
