Multiple variants at the same position should not be tagged 'composite' #39

Compound heterozygous mode is when there are two variants in the same gene, but not at the same genomic position. capture du 2017-11-04 14-55-19 Composite variants should be tagged not only according to 'variant_id' but also according to 'position'.

Need to decide how to deals with variant trimming done at the import.
