3 years ago v0.4.3 was uploaded on 9/14. I suspect this might be related to the same problem from #130 , where data saved in versions before v0.4.2 would not have the verified flag in the json. I will take a look though.
@carlaesc and @talafar addressed this issue to me. During mask review, they noticed that the 'verified' nuclei for a mask uploaded on 10/6 was missing, despite it being present from a 9/22 upload. I will attach screenshots and send you the files via Slack, @davidborland . I'm trying to get clarification on when the latest version, v0.4.3, was uploaded with respect to mask edits and saves. Can you look into this and let us know whether the .nii.json info gets altered across versions?
