Drag SUBMITTING INSTITUTION field to upper left to "grouped by" feature. Scroll down to SUBMITTING INSTITUTION: [OTHER-ORGANIZATION]

Questions: do we count pilots? demos?
Do we do anything to check RETURNED TO INVESTIGATOR ? (make sure they were assigned to TIC/RIC?)
