Current Status/Forecasting:

These should be broken out by TIC/RIC

@mbwatson, go ahead and close this ticket if the PMD already answers every question.

If the PMD only answers some of the questions posed in this ticket, check those boxes & please work with @rajshruti18 to identify what will be necessary to answer the rest.

If the question itself is unclear, even after speaking with Shruti and @xu-hao, please make a trello card on the 'Challenges' board to ensure we address the question at the next meeting.

I don't think we're in a place to answer any forecasting questions at this point. As for the third and fifth requests, Number comprehensive consultations ongoing and Number Implementations ongoing (include pilots), I would need help finding where that information lives in the database.

Answer for this query:

  1. Go to CTMD's proposal page--> Select ID, Proposal Name, Resource Application Status (filtered by keyword-'ongoing') and 'Assigned TIC/RIC'-->Export as csv
  2. Cannot be answered
  3. Go to CTMD's proposal page--> Select ID, Proposal Name, Resource Application Status (filtered by keyword-'Comprehensive Consultation Ongoing' and 'Assigned TIC/RIC'-->Export as csv
  4. Go to CTMD's proposal page--> Select ID, Proposal Name, Approved for Comprehensive Consultation, Estimated Funding Start Date and 'Assigned TIC/RIC'-->Export as csv-->Filter dates upto next 3 months from current date
  5. Go to CTMD's proposal page--> Select ID, Proposal Name, Resource Application Status (filtered by keyword-'Implementation Ongoing' and 'Assigned TIC/RIC'-->Export as csv

i'm happy to add a feature to answer this remaining query. how do we determine this answer from the data in our database?

No, we did not. I'll need to check if there is any REDCap field that can answer it.

Approval Release Diff (tickbox on proposals tab) addresses this? If so, is this right?

EXPORT AS CSV FILTER DATES UP TO 3 MONTHS FROM CURRENT DATE
