Confirm / fix if syncs are not reporting activity in the danger zone #532

It is possible that the data in our sites is properly syncing overnight, but that the transaction is not being recorded in the Danger Zone / list of most recent syncs.

The same may also be true for manual syncs (pushing the SYNC button).
