Network Error when submitting new user #94

Hello, as said in the title, there is a Network Error when submitting new user on the webiste. can it be used offline also ? Thank you Etienne

I was just able to create a new user on immcellfie.renci.org with no issue. Can you try again?

Hello, I'm seeing the same network error message (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT) upon trying to create a new user.
