Job queuing

Implement the "multi-task" feature for supporting asynchronous queuing up of multiple jobs.

Use case:

• User "signs in" with an email address (no authentication, authorization required at this point)
• User sets up the run by assigning cellfie parameters
• User submits job, thus generating a "taskid"
• User can then click a link associated with that "taskid"
• If the user clicks a link for a task that is complete, then:

  it will populate the cellfie parameters with the values associated with the job submitted for that task id and replace the visualizations panel with those results from the completed task else: it will show at the link the status of the task

Note:

• work in 'pre-irods' branch on fuse-analysis
• edit .env.sample to set set HOST_ABSOLUTE_PATH
• edit the .env.sample file for the dashboard too
• We discussed some potential designs for this feature (e.g., set email as a cookie in the browser, create a table in a mongodb persisted using the tx-persistence repo for tracking params to taskids to emails.) - record the final design in the ticket comments.
• Reassign this ticket to David, as needed, when the endpoints are ready for him to get the required data
