3 years ago This is primarily just for improved variable naming in the code, but there may be some repercussions for things such as documentation and videos, where we describe the different visual elements.
Current working idea is "node" for items in the metabolic task hierarchy, and reserve phenotype for per-subject information used for grouping.
The term "phenotype" is being used internally both to describe items in the metabolic task hierarchy, and information used for grouping subjects. Identify a better term (probably for the metabolic tasks), and update the code accordingly.
