Features

Add hover info to volume view
Add tool-specific highlighting to volume view
Adjust background surface visualization

Bug fixes

Update undo/redo buttons from volume view
Fix issue with 2D slice not updating in navigation mode
Attempted to fix issue with mouse wheel moving multiple slices (untested)
