Match each nucleus in users volume with greatest overlap (best Dice score?) in gold standard, compute average Dice score across all nuclei.
Also need to go in the other direction: gold -> user

Have implemented a multilabel version of the Dice score in Matlab, code here:

Seems to work well, need to implement in ninjato.
