[Feature] Input/output parameters and variables for guidance #230

What problem(s) do you aim to solve? Enable the user to specify input parameters, and see what parameters were used for the guidance

What feature solves it and why? API now supports this

What implementation(s) do you suggest? Need to test with a guidance plugin and dashboard, e.g. the user might suggest a dosage that may be over-written by the guidance?

Anything else?
