The Variations Report uses a template CSV file for input and output of suggestions on the UI and CLI.
[ ] Add the ability to pass a flag when running the variations report or runDDTests to export an additional variations-report.csv file when the command runs.
[ ] Also, the schema validation reports are currently placed in the root of the directory by default rather than the output path. Use the root of the directory only if there isn't an output path.
