Add jenkins dd gradle task #66

Closes #51, #52, #55, #61.

Going to merge this baddie. Have tested on multiple, already-certified servers as well as against internal acceptance tests to ensure no regressions.

Will add additional documentation in the README for the Jenkins-specific tasks. See build.gradle.
