Adjust scores for "Reuse of someone else's existing data set" #66

If only "Reuse of someone else's existing data set" or "Simulated data" in P_Data_Source is selected, the subsequent indicators for open data are not shown. These are:

Consequently, their scores should be removed from the maximum score. (Currently, they contribute to the max score, but cannot be achieved).

Another error: When choosing "Aggregating (own or other's) existing data sets" in P_Data_Source, the subsequent questions are shown, but I don't earn points for them
