Refactoring and fixes

This PR is the final preparation for the first release of this package

Contents:

• The build is temporarily stored in the repo, as the main way to use it now is to specify the github url rather than the package version
• Different templates for Vue and Vanilla applications
• Naive key normalizer (to remove double backslashes)
