on the agent side adding real time user experience #7

1.. we have to add real time experience when we click the open button we need to automatically remove the clicked chat and set to the active chat part

2.. also when we click the resolve button we need to automatically remove the chat from the active session to the resolved part

3.. when we click the block button we need to automatically change the text to unblock also add functionality that perform when a user is blocked they cant send any message we will pop up message that say you are block from chatting the agent or some thing
