Question / Bug? R-IDE Menu does not show "Clean and Build Package" #31

Hi, I cannot thank you enough for the development of the R-IDE. Loving it!!

Quick minor question: I saw in the R-IDE.sublime-menu file that the R-IDE Menu should show options for developers like "Clean and Build Package". However, my menu only shows the attached options:

Is this intended or a bug?

(I am on a Windows Machine, Windows 10).

The build options is available via the build system ctrl + b or ctrl + shift + b
