R markdown Syntax #4

In R sweave, the latex syntax is activated, and the functions (such as previewing an equation) of the LaTeXTools package work well.

However, the latex syntax is not activated in R markdown. Can R markdown support latex syntax too?

(sublime 3176, newest sublime-ide-r and LaTeXTools, macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6)

That’s strange that the latex code is not highlighted. R-IDE does support latex highlight for R Markdown files. Let me check it.

It also requires a fix in LaTeXTools.

Oh.. It's more complicated than I thought. Should I open new issue in LaTeXTools?

My fix is not correct... Let me open the issue on latextools.
