I was able to install R-IDE and (other packages like LSP, SendCode) successfully before using Package Control, but I removed them using the Package Control option and could not find them again (they are in the ControlPackage Repository). After following different advice (like adding the GitHub repository and then installing and then satisfying dependencies, which worked for some of them but not all) I decided to start clean and delete the /Library/Application\ Support/Sublime\ Text\ 3 folder . I reinstalled package control, and still these same packages cannot be found. Others are available and work fine (e.g., ayu, Julia, SpaceGray).
I'm on OS 11.3.1, Sublime Text 3 3.2.2 Build 3211.
