I think the Readme needs to make it clear that R must be on the system path. There is no indication of this in the installation or use instructions. As I understand it, the user has two options:
Put the directory for the R application on the system path
Provide the path to R in the settings
This is important particularly because R installs on Windows will not have R on the system path.
