Rmarkdown fold code chunks? #53

Sorry if this is not the proper place to ask this, but I looked into it online, I couldn't find a solution. Also thank you for this long living tool, which I use for numerous years!

There is one thing that I never managed to do in sublime and r-ide, which is folding all code chunks.

Has anyone found a way to make sublime detect the chunk fences (```) as foldable?

This can easily done with SyntaxFold.
