Plastic Explosives #148

Requirements:

The plastic explosive would require more planning by the player to use. They require a detonator, and will only explode if the player triggers the detonator, or if disrupted by an explosion or bullet.

The plastic explosive would require a bigger, more detailed explosion particle effect.

The detonator has a range of 200 meters, making it useful for sabotage attacks. Due to balance, the detonator takes up 1 equipment slot, and is useless without Plastic Explosives, which also take up 1 equipment slot. Plastic Explosives can still be detonated without a detonator, by simply blowing them up or shooting them. The detonator just offers increased range and different functionality.

You get 2 plastic explosives in 1 loadout, and are able to resupply.

Bots would require special AI to effectively and safely use Plastic Explosives. Until AI is improved, it's recommended that they're not toggleable in the 'Weapon Configuration' menu.

I think this is a nice idea, but 500 metres is way too large - think on the scale of BlipBloop's holy hand grenade. Possibly more like 10 metres or such.

Sorry, my conversion was a little messed up. I am not used to the metric system.

That's OK. Maps are usually about 500x500 (Island), Dustbowl is 2000x2000. Thus maybe a range of 200m for the detonator would be a good size.
