if an enemy is driving the tank without anyone manning the turret, you can get inside that tank's turret and use it
driver will not drive the tank while you are inside and will try to aim the tank's cannon up. Tank's flag also changes color to your team's color (and remains like that after you leave the tank) and friendly bots will not attack that tank. However, upon leaving the tank, the enemy inside it will still try to kill you
i couldnt test it, but i assume you could get inside in any 2+ seat vehicle even if it is manned by enemy, if there are free places
on the photo attached you can see the tank whose driver is a red bot. After i entered it's turret, the tank's flag switched to blue. After i left, the tank driver continued to aim at me and try to shoot me. Teammate bots ignored the tank after it's flag switched to blue color
