To clear some terms up:
High caliber weapons: SL Defender, Condor, etc
Mid caliber: RK-44, Signal DMR, etc.
Low caliber: S-IND7, Automatico, and S-IND7 [SUP].
Light Armor: -10% movement speed, -2% damage from high caliber , -5% from medium, -10% low, -2% explosion damage, and +10% time to recover after being knocked down.
Medium Armor: -23% movement speed, -6% high caliber, -17% mid, -40% low, -6% explosion, +20% recovery.
Heavy Armor: -35% movement speed, -10% high caliber, -30% medium, -90% low (as realistically, the bullet is stopped completely), -10% explosion, +45% recovery time.
With any armor , getting knocked down is unaffected.
Armor only affects the "torso" hitbox.
And yes, my example stats might be stupid, so change them if you have better/more balanced stats.
