• What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here, if this describes the current behavior) Messages from the sensor of the Mebus HQ7312-2 weather station were not decoded. Please refer: https://github.com/RFD-FHEM/RFFHEM/issues/1024

• What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? Messages are now decoded with the new protocol definition 7.1 from module 14_SD_WS07.pm.
